We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was great and had a favorable location just a short walk to the Trolley Station and restaurants and stores. Bright and impressive room with a king-size bed. Outstandingly accommodating staff - everything was excellent. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was appetizing.

It would be helpful if when you check in they would tell you that you need to pull the door towards you to get the key card to work. I spent a lot of time trying to figure this out and thinking the card didn't work. I also heard a few other guests saying the same thing.

The hotel is old!!!! The carpet was not clean. We were not told when breakfast was upon check in, so arrived just at closing. I tried to grab a quick cup of tea but the hot water had stuff floating in it both attempts I made and the woman who worked there spoke very poor English and was trying to get us all out. It was not a warm and fuzzy experience.

I arrived at mid-night, I was tired, cold and hungry. Check-in went ok. My room was at the far end of the complex. The key would not work. I had to return to the office 2 more times before they gave me a different rooom. The second room, the heater did not work, back to the office. The third room was satisfactory, it was now after 1am, and I had a 9am appointment at the hospital. Needless to say I was not happy. When I got out of the hospital on Wednesday I checked out and found a motel that served my needs. George Krakie
